The package includes complete visa file preparation: appointment assistance, application form filling, a personalized cover letter, flight & hotel reservations, and a day-wise travel itinerary.

Visa fees and travel insurance are not included and must be paid directly at the VFS center.

How long will it take to receive my visa documents?

Once we receive your information and passport copy, your complete visa file will be ready within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive all documents — cover letter, itinerary, flight, and hotel bookings — directly in your email inbox.

Is the appointment fee included in the price?

No. Some VFS centers in Schengen countries may charge approximately USD $20 / ₹2,000 INR per person for appointment booking, which is payable directly by the applicant. We assist in scheduling and guiding you through the process, but the fee is not included in our package.

Are the flight and hotel bookings real and verifiable?

Yes, absolutely. All flight and hotel reservations we provide are 100% verifiable on airline or hotel portals. These are real, temporary bookings used specifically for visa applications — widely accepted by embassies worldwide.

Do I have to pay full flight and hotel costs?

No. You only pay our service fee of $59 USD / ₹4,999 INR. The flight and hotel reservations are made using special visa-friendly systems — you don’t pay actual airfare or hotel charges.

Can you guarantee my visa approval?

We do not guarantee visa approval — no agency can. However, our experienced team ensures your documents meet all embassy standards, increasing your chances of a positive result.

What is your refund policy?

You can request a 100% refund if you cancel before the documents are delivered. Once the prepared files (cover letter, bookings, itinerary) are sent to your email, no refund can be processed.
